Perry Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit charitable foundation striving to improve post-acute care in Nevada. Working to improve the secondary health care services at post-acute care facilities, such as rehabilitation centers, outpatient therapies, and palliative care, we see a bright future ahead. Working with our local communities we continue to build integrity, efficiency, and service excellence for the most vulnerable patients in Nevada. It is through the post-acute care providers that we are able to make the greatest impact. We hope to bring awareness to our local communities, doing so directly through donor support, continuing to build on the base paved by Perry Foundation.
