Our mission is to 1- Eliminate the barriers that currently exist in the patient physician relationship.  2- Restore mutual trust.  3- Provide excellent individualized primary care.  We do this by offering complete price transparency.  We offer primary care Internal Medicine services.  This includes hypertension, diabetes, obesity management, mental health, infections, gastrointestinal illnesses, cardiovascular disease, among other services.  We post all prices for blood tests and draw the blood in the clinic.  If Xrays, CT scan, Ultrasound, or MRI are needed, their costs are also transparent.  We believe the first step in improving healthcare is to collect at the time of service.  We do not file insurance claims.  Dr Hawkes is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
